PUBLIC NOTICE
Fraud Warning and Consumer Protection Notice
Issued by Pegisai Global Holdings
This is an official public notice issued by Pegisai Global Holdings for the record. It is intended to protect consumers, institutions, sovereign entities, and all participants in the global financial system from fraudulent activity conducted in the name of, or in association with, Pegisai Global Holdings, the Alkaimi Financial Ecosystem, and any products, instruments, or mechanisms originating from either entity.
1. Purpose of This Notice
Pegisai Global Holdings and its subsidiary ecosystem, Alkaimi, are engaged in the development and deployment of proprietary financial mechanisms, rating indexes, and monetary instruments. As this ecosystem advances toward broader institutional and public deployment, Pegisai Global Holdings has become aware of the elevated risk of fraudulent activity by unauthorized third parties seeking to exploit the reputation, intellectual property, and commercial relationships of Pegisai Global Holdings and Alkaimi for financial gain.
This notice serves as a formal, dated, public record of the boundaries of authorized activity within the Pegisai and Alkaimi ecosystems. Any activity that falls outside those boundaries, regardless of how it is represented to the recipient, is unauthorized and should be treated as potential fraud.
This notice is issued proactively. Its issuance does not imply that specific fraudulent activity has been confirmed at the time of publication. It is issued because the commercial and institutional profile of the Pegisai and Alkaimi ecosystems creates conditions in which fraudulent exploitation is foreseeable, and because the public interest is best served by establishing this record in advance of such activity rather than in response to it.
2. Authorized Activity
All authorized activity within the Pegisai Global Holdings and Alkaimi Financial Ecosystem operates exclusively through entities that have been formally licensed and approved by Pegisai Global Holdings. No product, instrument, mechanism, index, or financial offering of any kind is authorized for distribution, sale, issuance, or representation by any party that has not received formal written authorization from Pegisai Global Holdings.
Specifically, the following activities are authorized only through formally licensed and approved channels:
Issuance of Digitized Tangible Assets (DTAs)
DTAs are proprietary monetary mechanisms developed and owned by Pegisai Global Holdings through its patent-holding subsidiary. No entity other than a formally licensed Banking Holding Company operating under written authorization from Pegisai Global Holdings is authorized to issue, distribute, sell, represent, or offer DTAs in any form, in any jurisdiction, to any counterparty.
Distribution of Alkaimi Financial Ecosystem products
No broker, agent, intermediary, financial advisor, investment platform, digital asset exchange, or any other party is authorized to distribute, market, or represent Alkaimi Financial Ecosystem products without formal written authorization from Pegisai Global Holdings.
Representation of the ACVI and AGSI indexes
The Alkaimi Currency Value Index (ACVI) and the Alkaimi Government Solvency Index (AGSI) are proprietary rating indexes owned by Pegisai Global Holdings. No party is authorized to reproduce, license, redistribute, or commercially exploit these indexes without formal written authorization from Pegisai Global Holdings.
Sovereign and institutional engagement
No party is authorized to represent itself as acting on behalf of, in partnership with, or under the authority of Pegisai Global Holdings or Alkaimi in any sovereign engagement, institutional negotiation, or commercial discussion without formal written authorization from Pegisai Global Holdings confirmed directly through official Pegisai communication channels.
Banking and custody services
No party is authorized to accept deposits, hold assets, or provide custody services under the Pegisai or Alkaimi brand or in association with any Pegisai or Alkaimi product without formal written authorization from Pegisai Global Holdings and confirmation of applicable regulatory approval in the relevant jurisdiction.
3. Known Categories of Fraud Risk
The following categories of fraudulent activity are specifically identified as foreseeable risks associated with the Pegisai Global Holdings and Alkaimi Financial Ecosystem commercial profile. This list is not exhaustive. The identification of these categories does not limit the scope of this notice to the activities described.
3.1 Unauthorized DTA Issuance or Representation
Fraudulent parties may represent themselves as authorized to issue, sell, or distribute Digitized Tangible Assets (DTA). They may produce documentation, promotional materials, or digital representations that appear to associate their offering with Pegisai Global Holdings or Alkaimi.
Any offer to purchase, subscribe to, or invest in a Digitized Tangible Asset from any party other than a formally licensed Banking Holding Company operating under written authorization from Pegisai Global Holdings should be treated as unauthorized and potentially fraudulent.
Pegisai Global Holdings does not authorize the sale of DTAs through any digital asset exchange, online platform, brokerage, or unlicensed intermediary.
The absence of a formally licensed Banking Holding Company in any DTA transaction is itself evidence that the transaction is unauthorized.
3.2 Secondary Market Misrepresentation
Fraudulent parties may represent that a secondary market exists for Digitized Tangible Assets or other Alkaimi Financial Ecosystem instruments, and may offer to facilitate transactions in such a market.
No secondary market for DTAs has been authorized by Pegisai Global Holdings. Any representation that such a market exists, or that DTA positions can be purchased, sold, or transferred outside of authorized channels, should be treated as misrepresentation and potentially fraudulent.
Pegisai Global Holdings further cautions that any document, certificate, token, digital asset, or instrument purporting to represent a DTA position and offered outside of formally authorized channels is not a genuine DTA and carries no association with the Pegisai Global Holdings or Alkaimi ecosystem, regardless of how it is represented to the recipient.
3.3 Impersonation of Authorized Entities
Fraudulent parties may impersonate Pegisai Global Holdings, Alkaimi, or entities authorized by Pegisai Global Holdings in communications with sovereign governments, institutional investors, banking partners, corporate counterparties, or individual consumers. Such impersonation may occur through email communications, telephone contact, in-person meetings, formal correspondence, digital platforms, or any other communication channel.
Pegisai Global Holdings cautions all parties that official communications from Pegisai Global Holdings originate exclusively from verified Pegisai communication channels.
Any communication purporting to originate from Pegisai Global Holdings or Alkaimi that cannot be independently verified through the official contact information published at pegisai.com should be treated with caution and confirmed directly with Pegisai Global Holdings before any action is taken.
3.4 Unauthorized Fee Collection
Fraudulent parties may solicit fees, deposits, commissions, or other payments from individuals or institutions on the basis of representations that such payments are required to access, reserve, or participate in Pegisai Global Holdings or Alkaimi products, programs, or opportunities.
Pegisai Global Holdings does not authorize any party to collect fees on its behalf outside of formally documented and authorized commercial arrangements.
Any solicitation of payment in association with the Pegisai or Alkaimi name by a party that cannot produce formal written authorization from Pegisai Global Holdings should be treated as unauthorized and potentially fraudulent.
3.5 Unauthorized Use of Proprietary Indexes
Fraudulent parties may misrepresent the outputs of the Alkaimi Currency Value Index (ACVI) or the Alkaimi Government Solvency Index (AGSI), fabricate index scores or outputs, or claim authorization to distribute, license, or commercially exploit these indexes without formal written authorization from Pegisai Global Holdings.
The ACVI and AGSI are proprietary instruments. Their outputs as published by Pegisai Global Holdings are available for public reference.
Any commercial exploitation, redistribution, or licensing of these indexes by any party other than Pegisai Global Holdings is unauthorized.
4. Consumer and Institutional Protections
Pegisai Global Holdings advises all consumers, institutions, sovereign entities, and commercial counterparties of the following protections and cautions:
Verify all communications
Before acting on any communication purporting to originate from Pegisai Global Holdings or Alkaimi, verify the communication directly through the official contact channels published at pegisai.com.
Do not rely on contact information provided within the communication itself as verification of its authenticity.
Require written authorization
Any party claiming to act on behalf of, in partnership with, or under the authority of Pegisai Global Holdings or Alkaimi should be able to produce formal written authorization from Pegisai Global Holdings.
The authenticity of any such authorization should be confirmed directly with Pegisai Global Holdings through official channels before any agreement, payment, or commitment is made.
Do not make payments to unverified parties
Pegisai Global Holdings does not authorize any unlicensed third party to collect fees, deposits, or payments of any kind on its behalf.
Do not make any payment to any party claiming association with Pegisai Global Holdings or Alkaimi without first confirming that party's authorization directly with Pegisai Global Holdings.
Exercise caution with unsolicited approaches
Unsolicited approaches by parties representing themselves as affiliated with Pegisai Global Holdings or Alkaimi, whether by email, telephone, in-person meeting, or any other channel, should be treated with caution.
Pegisai Global Holdings does not authorize unsolicited solicitation of consumers or institutions by unlicensed third parties.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, commercial exploitation, or misrepresentation of any Pegisai Global Holdings or Alkaimi intellectual property is prohibited and may constitute grounds for civil and criminal liability in applicable jurisdictions.
Pegisai Global Holdings reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable intellectual property, fraud, and commercial law in every jurisdiction in which fraudulent or unauthorized activity occurs.
