Pegisai Group Issues Institutional Ecosystem Licenses

The Pegisai Group has completed the issuance of its initial series of institutional ecosystem licenses to qualifying Bank Holding Companies across multiple jurisdictions.

An Alkaimi ecosystem license grants a Bank Holding Company authorization to operate within the ecosystem's compliance and technology framework: to deploy Alkaimi-based financial products through its regulated retail banking operations and to connect to the ecosystem's core infrastructure through the managed network operated by Pegisai Network Services. Licensed institutions are independently owned and managed entities, each operating under its own regional banking licenses and within its central bank's regulatory parameters.

Licensed institutions are currently engaged in the regional central bank approval processes required to deploy Alkaimi-branded financial products to retail banking consumers. The group does not disclose the identity of licensees or the specifics of their operations during the regulatory approval period.
